Vacationing in Idaho

This is my Uncle Arlan's back yard. He did all the work himself. We sure appreciate their hospitality putting us up for three days.

He built this patio on the back of his house - very country and nice. He made the fence where Mom is standing next to out of some leftover materials from the railroad. He designed all these.

Vacation May 2006 to Idaho

photo is of me the driver! I am standing in front of my rental car

which is just like my Sonata at home. Isn't it a beautiful day!

The photo far right is of my Mom - Verla. She is excited to be in Idaho! This is the first rest

stop in Idaho and you can see some mountains in the background.

Happy Birthday Eliza

Hi Everyone. My youngest grand daughter Eliza Rae turned one today. In her honer I post this my first blog.Since I am a nut with getting things done, I am taking two days off work to get my Christmas packages wrapped and Christmas cards made....that is why I'm wasting time tonight doing this blog. Actually checking my email and seeing pictures of my granddaughter, I can't get enough of them, they grow up too fast. Eliza looks just like Maddie did and is following in all the cute footsteps of her sister. I can't wait to find her little differences in her personality as she grows up. What fun! I am the proudest grandma. Here is her photo and one when she visited us with grandpa.

This past spring in May I took Mom and we visited Idaho. I am going to try to attach my photo the day we entered Idaho.
